Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead the Basket-Building strategy for Marketplace Mexico. You'll drive initiatives to enhance the shopping cart experience using data analytics and cross-functional collaboration. You have over 5 years of program management experience, particularly in e-commerce or large-scale operations. Your background includes a strong focus on strategy and growth, where you've successfully identified opportunities to enhance product selection and drive customer engagement. You are proficient in data analysis tools, allowing you to derive insights and define key performance indicators effectively. Your ability to operate in ambiguous situations and think big has led to successful implementations of innovative solutions in previous roles. You excel in stakeholder management, building strong relationships across functions, and presenting findings to senior leadership. Your experience in process improvement has enabled you to standardize processes and drive automation, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
In this role, you will lead the 3P Basket-Building strategy at Amazon Mexico, focusing on enhancing the customer's shopping cart experience. You will drive initiatives aimed at increasing the purchase of complementary items, utilizing data analytics to develop strategies for selection, pricing, and recommendations. You will work cross-functionally with tech and business teams to launch scalable solutions and improve features like Virtual Bundles. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities in product selection, designing programs to boost basket size and value, and driving the adoption and improvement of features such as accessory recommendations. You will partner with Sales and Operations teams to define requirements and execute programs effectively. Your role will also involve presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that your insights lead to actionable strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
