What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates for current and future positions. You will partner with business and hiring teams to transform hiring needs into attractive outreach strategies. Your creativity will shine as you develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that leverage alternative search techniques and trending media platforms to uncover hidden talent.

You will build a strong candidate pool through structured sourcing approaches and thoughtful outreach, ensuring candidates are engaged and interested in opportunities at Coupang. Conducting initial interviews and phone screenings will be part of your responsibilities, where you will assess candidates' fit for roles, teams, and the company culture. You will provide detailed screening notes and recommendations based on alignment with organizational goals.

Additionally, you will be involved in recruitment projects, including planning industry events, optimizing sourcing processes, and developing new sourcing tools and techniques.
