What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value franchise merchant groups, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate brand teams. You will be responsible for driving product adoption and securing marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with senior decision-makers, understanding their needs, and ensuring that UberEats delivers exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that their feedback is integrated into our strategies. You will also be accountable for outcomes related to net acquisition, demand generation, and trip growth, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
