Hightouch is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to oversee key tradeshows and events, collaborating closely with marketing leadership and sales teams. This role requires strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
You have a proven track record in field marketing, with experience managing events and campaigns that drive business outcomes. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage effectively with both tactical teams and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies. You possess a high sense of urgency and accountability for your work, always striving to achieve company-level outcomes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the impact your work has on the business.
Experience in AI marketing or working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks would be a plus. You are familiar with the latest trends in marketing technology and are eager to leverage them to enhance event programming and community engagement.
As the Field Marketing Manager at Hightouch, you will take on end-to-end ownership of key tradeshows, sales-led events, partner-led events, and community events. You will collaborate closely with marketing leadership to develop a comprehensive field marketing roadmap and budget that aligns with key business outcomes. Your role will involve working with design and product marketing teams to create engaging event programming and themes that resonate with our audience. You will also partner with the sales team to ensure that events are not only well-executed but also serve as profitable drivers for the business.
You will be responsible for measuring the success of your events and campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and improve outcomes. Your ability to analyze performance metrics will be crucial in refining our approach and maximizing the impact of our marketing efforts. You will also play a key role in fostering relationships with partners and community members, enhancing Hightouch's presence in the market.
Hightouch offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 per year, along with meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options. We provide early exercise options and a generous 10-year post-termination exercise window.
