Handshake is seeking First-Line Supervisors of Landscaping, Lawn Service, and Groundskeeping Workers to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No AI experience is required.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in landscaping, lawn service, or groundskeeping. Your background includes establishing and enforcing operating procedures and work standards to ensure adequate performance and personnel safety. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time effectively, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI in your field, even if you have no prior experience with AI technologies.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your professional experience in landscaping and groundskeeping. You will assess the content produced by AI models and provide structured feedback to improve their understanding of workplace tasks and language. Your work will be remote and asynchronous, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the United States. You will develop prompts for AI models that reflect your field and evaluate the responses generated. Your insights will help shape how AI is utilized in landscaping and groundskeeping, making your contributions valuable to the project.
