What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring that customer experience standards are met across all touchpoints. You will work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) organization to eliminate customer challenges and empower users through self-service and automation. Your role will involve optimizing customer support interactions to create an effortless experience for users. You will also participate in team and company-wide offsites to foster collaboration and alignment, contributing to a culture of connection and teamwork.
