Nebius AI is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to enhance the new hire experience from offer acceptance through onboarding. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. This role is remote and based in the UK.
You have a strong background in employee experience, particularly in designing and implementing onboarding processes that ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams such as HR, IT, and recruiting to create a seamless onboarding journey. You are data-driven, using feedback and metrics to continuously improve the onboarding experience. You understand the importance of a human-centered approach and are passionate about enhancing the new hire experience from the moment an offer is accepted. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that foster a positive onboarding environment. You thrive in a collaborative setting and are excited about the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge AI cloud infrastructure company.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end new hire experience, ensuring that every aspect from offer acceptance to early tenure is thoughtfully designed and executed. You will partner closely with recruiting and HR teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the onboarding process. You will gather and analyze feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the onboarding experience. You will also be responsible for developing onboarding materials and resources that help new employees acclimate to their roles and the company culture. Your role will involve regular communication with new hires to ensure they feel connected and engaged from day one. You will play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience that sets the tone for long-term success within the company.
