You'll collaborate closely with Executive Recruiters to identify transformational leaders across various functions. This includes leveraging various tools and platforms to gather data on potential candidates and market trends. Your role will also involve building and maintaining a network of potential candidates, engaging with them to understand their career aspirations and how they align with Instacart's mission. You will play a key role in creating a positive candidate experience, ensuring that candidates feel valued and informed throughout the recruitment process.

For Canadian-based candidates, the base pay ranges from CAN $99,000 to CAN $125,000, reflecting the value of your skills and experience.
