You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the tech or financial services sectors. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You understand the importance of a smooth implementation process and are skilled at driving user engagement through effective communication and support. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your strategies and improve service delivery. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced startup environment, always keeping the customer at the forefront of your efforts.

Desirable

Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with employee benefits programs. You have a knack for problem-solving and can think critically about how to enhance the customer journey. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will help you succeed in this role. What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Multiply, you will be responsible for launching the Multiply Mortgage benefit for employer partners. This involves ensuring that each partner launch is smooth and that employees understand and utilize the benefit effectively. You will engage with HR, People, and Benefits teams to build trusted, long-term relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues that arise. You will work closely with implementation teams to ensure that the onboarding process is seamless and that all stakeholders are informed and supported throughout. Your role will also involve driving employee engagement through various initiatives, ensuring that users are aware of the benefits available to them and how to access them. You will gather feedback from users to continuously improve the service and address any challenges that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience, leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.

What we offer

Multiply Mortgage offers a competitive compensation package, including an OTE of $145,000 to $175,000 plus equity.
