Intercom is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Recruiting to lead hiring strategies across GTM and G&A functions. This role requires a strong understanding of how hiring impacts business success and operational excellence.
You have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role. You think like a business partner, understanding how hiring fuels revenue and operational excellence. You can translate business strategy into a clear, executable talent plan, ensuring that the right people are in the right roles to drive success. You are skilled in building relationships with senior leaders and can influence hiring practices across the organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and speed in hiring.
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and customer service solutions. You have a strong network in the recruiting community and are always looking for innovative ways to attract top talent. You are data-driven and can leverage metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes. You are passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and understand the importance of equity in hiring practices.
In this role, you will own the recruiting strategy for critical GTM and G&A teams at Intercom. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and other functions to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. You will drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving hiring quality, speed, and consistency as the company scales. You will lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the business. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors, ensuring that they align with Intercom's values and hiring goals.
You will analyze hiring metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, using data to inform your decisions and strategies. You will collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall candidate experience, ensuring that every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the hiring process. You will play a key role in shaping the employer brand, promoting Intercom as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
