WeTravel is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to support incoming clients and ensure their success on the platform. You'll collaborate with various teams to provide personalized training and assistance. This role is ideal for those passionate about travel and customer education.

You have a strong passion for educating customers and colleagues, ensuring they feel confident using the WeTravel platform. What you'll do

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting new customers as they begin their journey with WeTravel. You will assist clients in migrating important content such as reservation details, photos, pricing information, and tour descriptions. Your personalized training sessions will ensure that every new customer feels completely confident using the WeTravel platform. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to provide comprehensive support throughout the onboarding process. Your contributions will help create a high-performing, collaborative team that is genuinely passionate about transforming the travel industry.
