What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Solutions Engineering team at Airwallex, overseeing the development and implementation of innovative financial solutions for our clients. You will work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure that our offerings are aligned with market needs and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include defining the technical strategy for solutions engineering, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. You will also engage with key clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable solutions that drive business growth. As a senior leader, you will represent the Solutions Engineering function in executive meetings, providing insights and recommendations that shape the company's strategic direction.
