Enable is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to work with enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the platform. This role focuses on delivering value throughout the customer partnership and requires strong relationship management skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly with enterprise clients, and understand the nuances of managing complex customer relationships. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you excel at identifying customer needs and aligning them with business outcomes. You are a trusted advisor who can effectively communicate the value of solutions to clients, ensuring they realize the full potential of their partnership with Enable.
Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation and revenue teams, allows you to drive customer satisfaction and retention. You are skilled in developing strategies for customer engagement and are adept at using data to inform your approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by helping customers succeed.
Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with pricing strategies and rebate management. You are comfortable with AI-powered insights and can leverage these tools to enhance customer experiences. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial in this role.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Enable, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our largest and most complex customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering value throughout the customer journey, ensuring they achieve their desired business outcomes. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive success.
You will collaborate with the Manager of Implementations to ensure a smooth transition for customers during the implementation phase. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling additional resources and solutions, working alongside the revenue team to convert leads into expansion opportunities. You will also develop and execute renewal and retention strategies to maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring customer performance, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams. You will be expected to proactively address any issues that arise, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued throughout their engagement with Enable.
