What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Tax Capabilities team, you will lead a group of engineers in building a platform that simplifies tax compliance for businesses worldwide. You will be responsible for developing partnerships with third-party partners and driving execution on initiatives that enhance the platform's capabilities. Your role will involve upholding engineering standards, mentoring team members, and ensuring that the team is aligned with Stripe's mission to increase the GDP of the internet. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users and contribute to the overall success of Stripe Tax.
