What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of Hudl's products that support youth sports organizations. You will conduct user research to gather insights and understand the needs of athletes, families, and coaches. Your findings will inform your design decisions, ensuring that the tools you create are user-friendly and effective. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop prototypes and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Your work will directly impact the way teams manage registrations, communications, and operational tasks, making their processes more efficient and enjoyable.

You will also participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall design strategy of the team. By advocating for the user throughout the design process, you will help create a culture of user-centered design at Hudl.
