TouchBistro is seeking a Partner Enterprise Relationship Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with enterprise-level partners in the FinTech space. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive revenue growth through effective partner management. This role requires a strong background in FinTech and partnership development.
You have a strong background in FinTech and a proven track record of managing enterprise-level partnerships — you understand the intersection of technology, partnerships, and revenue growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and are proactive in your approach to relationship management. Your ability to solve complex problems while presenting to C-suite executives sets you apart.
You are relationship-driven and excel at managing the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term relationship management. You have experience developing partner account plans that drive adoption and upsell opportunities, ensuring that both your organization and partners achieve shared revenue goals. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor partner performance metrics and proactively address any risks or blockers.
You are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver maximum partner value. Your experience leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) equips you to provide performance insights and recommendations that enhance partner engagement. You are skilled at negotiating partner agreements and identifying expansion opportunities that align with business objectives.
Experience in payments, SaaS, or working with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) is a plus. Familiarity with go-to-market initiatives and co-marketing campaigns will help you strengthen partner engagement further. You are adept at using performance analytics to inform your strategies and decisions.

Your proactive approach will ensure that any risks or blockers in execution are addressed promptly, maintaining a high level of partner satisfaction.
You will support go-to-market initiatives and co-marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver partner value.
