TripActions is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to analyze travel and expense data to identify revenue opportunities. You'll utilize Excel and Google Slides to present your findings. This role requires 2-3 years of experience with large data sets.
You have 2-3 years of experience working with large data sets and synthesizing actionable insights — your strong analytical skills and attention to detail enable you to work effectively with financial data. You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, and you have intermediate to advanced skills with Google Slides, allowing you to create compelling presentations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable team member.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working across global teams and segmented sales teams to run analyses and presentations. You are detail-oriented and can manage financial calculators to determine the business value of high-priority sales deals. You are comfortable presenting your analysis to managers, directors, and executives at prospect companies, handling objections with confidence.
Experience in revenue operations or a related field would be a plus, as would familiarity with data visualization tools. You are always looking for opportunities for process improvement and are eager to implement feedback from internal experts to ensure consistency globally.
In this role, you will collect, clean, and analyze travel and expense data from prospect customers to understand revenue opportunities. You will create presentations that clearly visualize data and insights, showcasing the value savings to clients. You will support deals through the middle and bottom of the opportunity funnel, managing a queue of inbound tickets and prioritizing them based on predefined logic. Adhering to service level agreements (SLA) is crucial to ensure that you meet the requirements for both internal and external customers.
You will arbitrate critical data points related to opportunities between pre and post-sales teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you synthesize complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. You will also have the opportunity to identify areas for process improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency of the revenue operations team.
TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $72,000—$120,000 USD, reflecting your skills and experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe in the potential of every candidate. Join us to make a significant impact on our revenue operations and help shape the future of travel and expense management.
