ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high-visibility initiatives in their Quote-to-Cash transformation. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience. This role requires strong product management skills and experience with Salesforce.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in areas related to Quote-to-Cash processes. Your background includes a blend of product thinking, business analysis, and system design, allowing you to effectively translate business processes into system behavior. You are a structured thinker who can dive deep into edge cases and drive clarity across complex, multi-team workstreams. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Engineering, and Customer teams to define requirements and manage backlogs. Your ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in solving operational problems sets you apart. You understand data deeply and ensure that end-to-end experiences work as intended.
Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and CPQ configuration is a plus. Familiarity with subscription management, billing, and transaction management will enhance your ability to contribute effectively in this role.
