What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at HelloFresh, you will lead and coordinate a production team, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations. You will be responsible for maintaining safety standards to prevent workplace accidents and ensuring high product quality through proactive measures. Monitoring compliance with defined process steps and application guidelines will be a key part of your role, as will overseeing the operational readiness of technical facilities under your responsibility. You will also ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace, including proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
