Dataiku is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts in Switzerland. You'll work closely with clients to ensure successful deployment and engagement with Dataiku's products and services. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in managing enterprise accounts. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across various industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, and technology. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of Dataiku's offerings effectively. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions, ensuring that clients achieve their desired business outcomes.
Experience in data science or analytics is a plus, as it allows you to better understand client use cases and how to leverage Dataiku's platform to meet their needs. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business will enhance your ability to guide clients effectively. You will serve as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with various teams within Dataiku to exceed customer expectations and enhance their experience with our platform.
