GenScript is seeking an Indirect Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement processes. You'll be responsible for vendor onboarding, contract management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires experience in procurement cycles and contract execution.
You have experience managing end-to-end source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles, including RFx, contract and PO execution, and invoice coordination for timely payments across various categories. Your skills in vendor onboarding, material code creation, and contract management are well-honed, and you drive compliance with company policies effectively. You understand the importance of maintaining a drug-free workplace and adhere to all legal requirements in your procurement practices.
In this role, you will oversee the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of sourcing and purchasing are handled efficiently. You will coordinate with various departments to facilitate timely payments and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies. Your expertise will be crucial in onboarding new vendors and creating material codes that align with our operational needs. You will also be responsible for monitoring procurement activities and ensuring that all processes are executed in accordance with established guidelines.
