Overview

NICE is seeking a Senior Services Engineer to deliver expert technical support for the deployment and installation of their products. You'll collaborate with internal teams and business partners to ensure smooth operations during product implementation in Pune.

Who you are

You have a strong background in providing technical support, particularly in the context of product deployment and installation. Your expertise allows you to resolve complex technical issues effectively, ensuring that products are implemented smoothly and efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business partners and internal teams to address challenges that arise during critical project phases. Your communication skills enable you to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and minimize downtime during product launches. Your ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues makes you a key resource for your team, and you are committed to delivering high-quality support that meets the highest standards.

Desirable

Experience with NICE products or similar technologies would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with deployment processes and the ability to work under pressure during critical project phases will set you apart. A background in collaborating with engineering teams to resolve high-level technical challenges is also beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Senior Services Engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for delivering expert technical support during the deployment and installation of our products. You will serve as a key resource for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring that our products are implemented smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve collaborating with approved business partners and external installers to facilitate successful product deployments, minimizing downtime and ensuring a timely launch.

You will work closely with Level 3 support and Research & Development teams to address and resolve high-level technical challenges. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will analyze logs and troubleshoot issues that arise during the critical 'Day 1' phase of product implementation, providing support that is both timely and effective.

Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential as you navigate the complexities of product deployment. You will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions that drive efficiency.
