Desirable

Experience with AI-driven products or enterprise applications is a plus, as is familiarity with design systems and storytelling in design. You have a portfolio that showcases your ability to create visually compelling and user-centered designs, demonstrating your craft and strategic thinking.

What you'll do

As the Principal Design Director, you will define and lead the visual design strategy for Microsoft’s Business & Industry Copilot (BIC) products. You will oversee the design team, providing guidance and mentorship while also contributing to hands-on design work. Your role will involve ensuring that all products maintain a cohesive visual identity that enhances user experience and aligns with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into a human-centered design strategy, ensuring clarity and beauty in every detail of the user interface. You will also be responsible for advancing the quality and influence of BIC’s design practice through thought leadership and the development of design systems.
