Overview

SpaceX is hiring a Principal IC Packaging Test Engineer to develop and release production test solutions for the Starlink project. You'll work closely with semiconductor packaging and wafer test technologies. This role requires expertise in embedded systems and test automation.

You have extensive experience in semiconductor packaging and wafer testing, with a strong background in embedded systems. Your hands-on approach to engineering allows you to effectively collaborate with test equipment manufacturers and in-house chip designers. You are skilled in developing and implementing production test solutions that ensure high-quality standards for packaged components. Your technical expertise is complemented by your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.

Desirable
