Your expertise extends to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint imperfections, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet customer commitments.

You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and equipment in your work, and you are committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your role will involve hands-on painting as well as managing workflow and quality control processes.

You will be responsible for training new team members and sharing your expertise in automotive painting techniques. This includes demonstrating best practices for applying various types of paint and finishes, as well as techniques for blending and correcting paint. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that vehicles are prepared for painting and that all specifications are met.

In addition to your painting responsibilities, you will help maintain the tools and equipment used in the painting process, ensuring they are in good working order and available for use. You will also participate in regular team meetings to discuss workflow, address any challenges, and share successes.

What we offer
