What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to deploy cloud solutions for a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for deploying and supporting customer ArcGIS deployments in AWS and Azure, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, as well as optimizing processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues in customer environments. You will also research and develop innovative solutions using new cloud technologies to add value to existing deployments and create new offerings. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Esri's Managed Cloud Services program, which focuses on providing elevated system support for complex customer deployments.
