You have extensive experience in logistics and operations management, ideally with a focus on third-party logistics. Your background includes working closely with delivery service providers to foster collaborative relationships that drive mutual success. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify risks and develop contingency plans effectively. Your leadership style emphasizes teamwork and communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with operational goals.
You are adept at capacity planning and have a proven track record of managing performance improvements across multiple regions. Your ability to create a 'win-win' culture between Amazon operations and DSP partners is a key strength. You understand the importance of aligning logistics processes with business objectives and are skilled at navigating complex operational challenges.
Your experience includes conducting business reviews and serving as a subject matter expert in transportation management. You are proactive in identifying issues and removing obstacles to ensure that DSPs can achieve their full potential. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and the ability to influence others positively.
Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment is a plus, as is familiarity with Amazon's operational processes. A background in managing key accounts or carrier operations will enhance your candidacy. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for driving performance improvements through collaboration.
As the Regional On The Road Manager, you will define and implement the medium-term OTR strategy, ensuring alignment between Amazon Logistics and DSP goals. You will take ownership of capacity planning and ramp plans, working closely with the Middle Europe capacity team to help DSPs meet their targets. Your role involves early risk identification and the creation of contingency plans for peak periods and capacity shortages.
You will coordinate performance improvements across regions by collaborating with various teams, including OTR Amazon Customer Excellence System and OTR Safety. Your responsibilities will include leading Regional OTR Weekly Business Reviews, where you will share insights and best practices to enhance the DSP experience.
You will proactively identify issues and work to remove obstacles that may hinder DSP growth within stations. Your ability to foster strong partnerships with regional Business Coaches will be crucial in supporting DSPs and ensuring they reach their full potential. You will also be responsible for implementing best practices that prioritize the DSP experience and improve overall operational efficiency.
