Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in the learning and development sector. You understand how to align customer needs with product capabilities, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams. You are a quick learner and can develop a deep understanding of technology to effectively communicate its value to clients. Your ability to engage with customers and understand their growth objectives is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders and can translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer at 360Learning, you will play a crucial role in the business expansion efforts in North America. You will work closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and demonstrate how 360Learning's technology can meet those needs.
