Business Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

Who you are

You are a consultative and creative recruiter with a strong focus on building teams and enhancing the candidate experience. You thrive in a learning environment and are unafraid to try new ideas and iterate on processes. Your strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to influence stakeholders both internally and externally. You have experience with hiring in the India market and are proficient in data tools such as Visier and Greenhouse Reports.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for junior level and high volume requisitions, particularly for the Stripe Delivery Center in India, Bangalore. You will partner with multiple internal teams to drive hiring strategy and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include analyzing trends and using insights to improve recruiting processes, as well as fulfilling requisitions efficiently. You will be expected to collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align them with the right talent.
