You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry. Your relationship-building skills are top-notch, allowing you to connect with key decision-makers and foster long-term partnerships. You are data-driven, using insights to optimize strategies and improve performance metrics. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable taking ownership of your portfolio. You understand the importance of aligning partner objectives with business goals, ensuring mutual success. You are proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and driving revenue growth for both your partners and Uber Eats.
In this role, you will take full ownership of a select portfolio of top-tier restaurant partners across global markets. You will drive strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment between partner objectives and Uber Eats' business goals. Building and sustaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations will be a critical part of your role. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring our partners thrive on the platform. You will be accountable for achieving and exceeding revenue and retention targets, leading efforts to upsell new features and drive deeper value for both partners and Uber Eats. Additionally, you will serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for our restaurant partners within Uber Eats and translating their needs and feedback into actionable insights.
