What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the operational heartbeat of the Practice Development function at Elastic. You will manage the lifecycle of intellectual property, starting from the moment a consultant requests a new asset through its creation and rollout. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing and developing new assets, ensuring effective communication and change management throughout the process. You will work closely with sellers and consultants to empower them with the tools they need to deliver consistent, high-value outcomes for customers worldwide. You will also be responsible for driving the adoption of best practices and standards across the global team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and equipped to solve customer problems effectively. Your role will require you to analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
