Cribl is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to act as a trusted advisor for federal customers, driving the entire Customer Success lifecycle. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
You have a strong background in customer success or technical support, ideally within the federal or public sector. You are a collaborative and curious individual who thrives in a remote-first environment, and you understand the importance of putting customers first. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business executives is essential for this role. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to drive efficiency in customer interactions. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and become enthusiastic advocates for the solutions you support.
Experience in a technical role that involves customer engagement is a plus. Familiarity with data solutions and IT security will help you better understand customer needs and drive value. A background in consulting or advisory roles can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to strategize and coordinate across various functions.
