You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in high-growth environments, where you've successfully filled critical roles that align with business objectives. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting means you are adept at sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are comfortable collaborating with executives to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to represent the OpenGov brand authentically in the market. You are data-driven, using metrics to refine your recruitment strategies and improve the hiring process.
Experience in recruiting for sales or go-to-market roles is a plus, as is familiarity with the public sector or technology solutions. You are proactive in seeking out innovative recruitment methods and are always looking for ways to enhance the candidate experience. A background in employer branding or talent marketing would be beneficial, as you will help shape how OpenGov is perceived in the job market.
