Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong focus on Java and React. You understand the intricacies of developing scalable applications and have a proven track record of implementing microservices that prioritize performance and security. Your experience includes integrating systems with cloud services, ensuring efficiency and reliability in your solutions.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to define, design, and deliver new functionalities. You are proactive in identifying and resolving performance issues, ensuring that the applications you develop meet high standards of quality. Your familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, allows you to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.

You are knowledgeable about DevOps practices and have experience with CI/CD tools, which you leverage to streamline development processes. You are also comfortable working with REST APIs and have a solid understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Your ability to document processes and technical solutions ensures that your work is transparent and accessible to your team.

Desirable

Experience with Generative AI in development efficiency is a plus, as is familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging tools like Kafka. You are always eager to learn about new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your work and the team's output.
