What you'll do

In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and supporting integrations for OEMs and vendors. You will collaborate with external client partners to gather the necessary requirements for integration enablement. Tracking the progress of implementation completion will be a key responsibility, ensuring that all milestones are met on time. You will also work closely with external integration partners to deploy integration processes effectively, utilizing appropriate APIs and FTPs. Your ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally will be essential as you liaise between clients, implementation analysts, and technical teams.
