Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Who you are

You have 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT Service Lifecycle (ITIL) processes. You are capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively across teams, ensuring that you can lead configuration and customization efforts for the platform. Your experience includes building advanced workflows and implementing complex integrations, which are critical for supporting business needs.

You possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, including HR, Procurement, and Legal. Your familiarity with AI-driven automation features in ServiceNow, such as Now Assist, sets you apart as a candidate who can leverage modern capabilities to enhance service management. Additionally, you have experience leading large-scale ServiceNow deployments in global enterprises, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects.

You are a mentor at heart, eager to support junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance. You understand the importance of shaping platform standards and influencing architectural direction, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your strong knowledge of Jira or other enterprise task management tools complements your technical skills, allowing you to manage tasks efficiently.

What you'll do
