Uber is hiring an Account Manager for Uber Eats in Stockholm to drive business performance and foster relationships with restaurant partners. This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, along with a background in account management or business development.
You are a motivated individual with 0–2 years of professional experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales. You possess full fluency in both Swedish and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with our restaurant partners and internal teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to take ownership of your territory, driving the success of Uber Eats through strong relationship management and operational excellence. You enjoy problem-solving and are comfortable navigating the complexities of a fast-paced startup culture.
Experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by our partners. A background in data analysis or performance optimization will also be beneficial as you work to enhance the operational performance of our restaurant partners on the Uber Eats platform.
In this role, you will drive business performance in your territory by focusing on improving the experience for restaurants using our platform. You will foster deep relationships with our restaurant partners, identifying and acting on opportunities to elevate their delivery business. Your responsibilities will include optimizing operational performance for our partners, pitching Uber Eats marketing initiatives, and driving feature adoption to enhance their experience. You will also provide valuable insights about the city you operate in to the wider Uber Eats team, ensuring that our strategies are informed by local knowledge. Additionally, you will tackle or escalate complex operational issues to ensure timely resolutions for our top restaurant partners, acting as an ambassador for Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product.
