SolarWinds is seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to drive demand across Latin America through strategic partner-led programs. Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, particularly in field and partner marketing, with a focus on driving demand and engagement across channels. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with sales and marketing leaders to implement successful co-marketing campaigns. You thrive in a results-oriented environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all initiatives align with the overall business strategy. Your ability to analyze market trends and partner performance helps you make data-driven decisions that enhance program effectiveness.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate marketing strategies and initiatives clearly to both internal teams and external partners. Your empathetic approach fosters strong relationships with distributors and resellers, ensuring that their needs are met while driving sell-through and pipeline growth. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and innovation within the marketing function, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience and drive business results.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Field & Partner Marketing Manager at SolarWinds, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that accelerate demand across Latin America.
