You have a strong background in data science and analytics, with experience leading high-performing teams. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies is key to driving revenue growth and enhancing client relationships. You possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic business acumen, allowing you to effectively partner with leadership to identify new revenue opportunities and optimize sales strategies. Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales funnel optimization and revenue forecasting. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various departments, including sales, business development, and customer success, to ensure that data science initiatives align with overall business objectives. You will be responsible for shaping the data strategy that powers go-to-market execution and partnership development. Your leadership will be crucial in helping Flex scale efficiently by turning complex data into actionable strategies that enhance revenue and strengthen client relationships.
