SpaceX is hiring an Operations Engineer to design and activate advanced manufacturing facilities. You'll work with JIRA and Power BI to improve processes and develop metrics. This role requires experience in operations engineering and strategic planning.
You have a strong background in operations engineering, with experience in designing and improving manufacturing processes. You thrive in environments where strategic planning and multitasking are essential, and you enjoy collaborating with various teams to enhance workflows. Your familiarity with tools like JIRA and Power BI allows you to create effective dashboards and metrics that drive operational success. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying systematic gaps in processes, which helps you contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is a plus, as is familiarity with critical infrastructure projects. You may have worked on similar projects where you developed internal visual standards and supported process rollouts. Your ability to integrate with different levels of the organization will be invaluable in understanding workflows and implementing improvements.
As an Operations Engineer at SpaceX, you will be a key member of the infrastructure engineering team, responsible for designing and activating some of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the world.
