What you'll do

As an Operations Engineer at SpaceX, you will be a key member of the infrastructure engineering team, responsible for designing and activating some of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the world. You will develop internal visual standards for work boards and dashboards, ensuring that all team members have access to the information they need to succeed. Your role will involve supporting continuous improvement projects, where you will help roll out new processes and standardize workflows across departments.

By defining and developing department-level metrics, you will quantify the health of operations and influence decision-making across the organization.
