Desirable

Experience with cloud-based software solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry. Knowledge of project management methodologies will help you excel in this role, as will any experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems. If you have a background in training or supporting clients in using software solutions, that would be beneficial as well.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Zenoti's software to align with customer business processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and design solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. You will set up proof of concepts and pilots for high-priority clients, ensuring that they see the value of the Zenoti platform. Your role will involve training clients on how to effectively use the software, guiding them through the implementation process, and providing ongoing support as needed. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into future product enhancements. Your goal is to help clients streamline their operations and improve their customer retention and spending.
