Microsoft is hiring a Senior Data Center Technician to oversee the preparation, installation, and maintenance of data center equipment. You have a strong background in data center operations, demonstrating expertise in standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning equipment. Your holistic understanding of the functions of, and interactions between, network and server equipment sets you apart. You are committed to providing guidance to other technicians and improving service quality and efficiency through suggested modifications to existing processes.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with a team of subject matter experts to support services for a vast customer base. Your experience in cloud operations and innovation allows you to contribute effectively to the core infrastructure and foundational technologies that power Microsoft's online services, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.

What you'll do
