What you'll do

As a Payroll Specialist at Roku, you will be responsible for processing biweekly payroll cycles, including on-cycle, off-cycle, and equity-related transactions. You will validate and reconcile payroll outputs to ensure the accuracy of compensation, taxes, deductions, and benefits. Your role will involve maintaining and auditing employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to address payroll-related inquiries and provide support for continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll department.
