Location: Germany (Berlin / Cologne offices or remote)

Hello, we’re looking for a nurse practitioner to join our U.S. Student Market Team to help drive initiatives within the Commercial department.

As the Market Lead, you will champion AMBOSS’s presence among NP students across the United States. Leveraging your background as an NP program graduate—or your experience working within the NP education landscape—you’ll shape and execute strategies that connect meaningfully with NP students and academic programs. You’ll build relationships, spark engagement, and help universities and learners discover the value of AMBOSS. Your mission is simple and impactful: drive adoption and ensure long-term success by growing and supporting the NP student community nationwide.

You will:

  • Serve as AMBOSS’s champion for NP students, building a deep, data-informed understanding of the NP education landscape and the needs of learners nationwide.

  • Own and lead the full go-to-market strategy for the NP student segment—from vision to hands-on execution—especially in the early stages when you’ll be doing much of the work yourself.

  • Build trusted relationships with NP programs, faculty, student groups, and influencers, establishing AMBOSS as a valued partner in NP education.

  • Design and deliver high-impact outreach, including conference presentations, webinars, campus visits, and direct engagement with NP students and educators.

  • Recruit, guide, and support NP student ambassadors while managing key contacts at universities.

  • Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to refine strategy, improve outcomes, and ensure sustained growth.

  • Provide actionable insights to our product teams, ensuring the NP perspective helps shape future features and long-term success.

You bring:

  • Experience as a certified nurse practitioner in the United States or you have experience (~3-5 years) in this market as an educator, marketeer, or sales person

  • Strong communication skills: Able to explain concepts in a simple, clear way and feel comfortable speaking in front of groups - whether presenting to students, faculty, or internal teams.

  • Active listening skills: Genuinely interested in understanding others’ perspectives and building strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets for evaluating performance and identifying areas of improvement.

  • Project management: Takes full ownership of initiatives from shaping the strategy to coordinating the details, executing with care, and sharing insights on outcomes. Enjoys keeping things organized and making sure projects move forward smoothly.

  • Flexible working hours: Comfortable adjusting your schedule to connect and collaborate with U.S.-based teams when needed.

  • Willingness to travel to conferences and global AMBOSS offices in 5 different locations (approx. 10% of work-time).

  • Building from scratch: you’re excited by new markets and figuring things out on the go, and you don’t just strategize; you execute, test, and adapt quickly, from drafting marketing emails yourself to analyzing best market entry strategies.
