You have a strong background in technical architecture and client engagement, with experience in delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Desirable

Experience in public safety or related industries is a plus, as is familiarity with system interface construction and technical project scoping. You may have a background in software development or engineering, which enhances your ability to understand and address technical challenges effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Software Solutions Delivery Team, working directly with clients to understand their needs and architect solutions that leverage Axon's technology. You will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that integrations are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve collaborating with networking and software professionals to design and implement systems that enhance the capabilities of public safety organizations. You will also be tasked with developing processes that improve productivity and client satisfaction, ensuring that all technical services are delivered efficiently.

You will engage with clients to gather requirements and provide insights into how Axon's solutions can address their specific challenges. Your ability to analyze system requirements and propose effective solutions will be critical to your success. You will also participate in project scoping, helping to define the technical parameters and deliverables for each engagement.
