Who you are

You are a commercially minded Revenue Operations Analyst with a strong analytical background. You have experience in managing complex CRM systems and translating business logic into actionable insights. Your passion for precision and innovation drives you to improve processes and ensure data integrity. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to partner with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to leadership. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of maintaining a healthy revenue pipeline.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the engine room of our sales operations, ensuring the health and predictability of the revenue pipeline through rigorous CRM management and data analysis. You will analyze, compile, and present complex sales performance data, transforming raw metrics into actionable insights for leadership. You will assist the Head of FP&A and management in making strategic decisions based on your findings. Your responsibilities will include managing CRM variables with accuracy, ensuring pipeline integrity, and providing critical data necessary for financial forecasting. You will collaborate closely with various teams to drive sales velocity and improve reporting processes. You will also be expected to innovate and leverage available resources and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
