As a Software Development Manager aRBKS (Ring, Blink, Key, Sidewalk), you will work with a focused team of product managers, engineers, and partner teams building and releasing new products and features. You will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of high visibility products that will be used every day.

Key job responsibilities
- Working with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements
- Understanding how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and developing AI QA approaches that fit the overall strategy
- Overseeing the development and execution of Automation for test plans, monitoring and reporting on test execution and quality metrics
- Working with a team of quality engineering professionals to ensure the highest quality product delivery
- The successful candidate is an experienced but hands-on manager who can build an organization and ensure it performs
About the team
The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as a sign on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements.

The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 33,200 monthly.- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
