Fraud Prevention and Detection Specialist, Lending

What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct thorough reviews and inquiries on identified and suspicious member accounts within specified systems. You will complete inbound and outbound calls with members, fraudsters, business entities, or other financial institutions, taking appropriate action based on the results of your investigations. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you analyze and review potentially fraudulent activity to ensure minimal loss to the organization. You will also advise and assist management in making and implementing strategic decisions and objectives related to fraud prevention.
