Job Description

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential in supporting the recruitment function through administrative assistance, candidate follow-up, and onboarding support, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition processes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills, and will be capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide logistical and administrative support during onboarding and induction sessions.
- Prepare and organize documentation for new hires.
- Assemble and maintain candidate personnel files in compliance with internal policies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Review and verify legal documentation submitted by applicants.
- Draft and send follow-up emails and interview invitations.
- Assist recruiters with scheduling, coordination, and general recruitment tasks.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and relevant metrics.
- Manage and update the recruitment calendar and daily agenda.
- Support general administrative functions within the Recruitment and HR departments.
- Ensure that physical and digital archives remain accurate and up to date.
- Creation of new hire files and follow-up on pending documents.

Qualifications and Requirements
- 85% English proficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment or administrative support is a plus.
