What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions that help drive their digital transformation efforts. You will work throughout the entire project life-cycle, from defining and designing to developing and implementing custom software and AI solutions using Appian’s low-code platform. Your responsibilities will include understanding client business processes and technical needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will leverage your technical skills to create applications that provide significant business impact and competitive differentiation for our clients.

You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing ongoing support as they implement solutions. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the solutions being developed.
